How much do they cost?

We take into consideration several factors when calculating the charge for Electronic Transaction Bibles. We already have transaction bibles on CD. Why are yours any better?

As well as hardcopy and electronic documents, you can also include other types of file like audio and video too. You can search across more than one document in an Electronic Transaction Bible. You can launch the original documents if you want to base a new transaction on an old one. They are more secure, since all the information on the CD is compiled into a single application - you can't "browse" the CD and copy documents to another computer. Can I password-protect the CDs?

Yes. Each Electronic Transaction Bible can be protected on three different levels. The CD itself can be protected, so that you have to type in a valid User-id and password when you insert the CD into a computer; Each folder can be protected, restricting access to each of the associated documents, and individual documents can be protected too. What's more, if you don't have authority to access a document, you won't even be able to see it.

Can I stop people copying the documents off the CD onto another computer?

Yes, you can. The documents in an Electronic Transaction Bible are compiled into a single application - they don't exist as separate files on the CD. That means, that the only way to access them is by using the Electronic Transaction Bible as you meant it to be used - you can't "browse" the CD and copy documents to another computer.

Can I do a text search on scanned documents?

Yes. Whenever we add a document to your Electronic Transaction Bible, we index every word that is read by the scanner - that means that you can search for text even in scanned documents.

Can I integrate Electronic Transaction Bibles into my existing systems?

Yes, you can. The technology we use means that the information in your Electronic Transaction Bible is held in such a way that integration is a straight forward excercise.

Can I search across more than one Electronic Transaction Bible?

Yes. As we create each Electronic Transaction Bible for you, we add all the information to a dedicated database. As you build up more transactions, so the database builds into a rich source of information which you can search across. We can easily summarise this information onto a summary CD.

Can I have a summary of all my Electronic Transaction Bibles on a single CD?

Can I get at the original documents on the CD?

Yes you can, but this can easily be disabled if you're worried about security.

Can I print the original documents from the CD?

Yes you can, but this can easily be disabled if you don't want people to be able to.

What size do the documents have to be for scanning?

Documents can be pretty much any size. This means that you can include deeds, plans and other specialist documents with out any problem.

I don't want any documents to leave my office. Is this an issue?

No, not at all. We can arrange for the scanning to be carried out where ever you like.

Do I have to load any software to use an Electronic Transaction Bible?

No, all you need to do is insert the CD into the CD reader in you PC, and it will do the rest.

What do you do with the original documents after you have finished with them?

Normally, we send them back to you. If you like, we can have them shredded. It's up to you.

Can I put anything else on the CD?

Yes, we can arrange to put whatever you like on the CD - subject to available space.

What else can an Electronic Transaction Bibles hold?

As well as hardcopy and electronic documents, you can also incorporate presentations, audio/visual files, spreadsheets and other applications too. In fact, you can include just about any type of file. That means that you can include things like oral depositions and video too.
