We check to see that your communication channels
all work. How many times have you sent an email via
a website and never heard a reply?
Design
We look at the design of the site and how it may
be viewed on different platforms and browsers.
Speed
We check out the speed of the site according to
different modem speeds.
Accuracy and timeliness
We check to see whether the information on your
site is accurate and timely. How often have you found a site
which says "in 2001 we will be ..."
Errors and typos
Of course we look out for broken links, spelling
mistakes, grammatical errors and good old fashioned bugs.
